Affordable Housing Committee

The mission of the Committee is to provide leadership, direction and education for our association and the community in effectively addressing and promoting affordable housing and fair lending issues in our state.

Loss Mitigation Committee

To educate the Association Members in the area of default management, with emphasis toward loss mititgation andalso have a voice in industry and legislative changes that affect the area of default management, i.e. collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, legal, property preservation and REO.

Production/Secondary Market Committee

To advance the mortgage professional by providing education addressing market changes that affect our industry. To inform interested individuals of future trends as they relate to products, pricing, technology and regulatory. The committee solicits input from industry professionals in order to help members better meet the needs of their customers.

Web Tech Committee

The results of the merger of the Internet and Technology Committees, the Web Tech Committee recognizes that information is the hottest commodity of the new millennium.The goal of the committee is to investigate present and future information technology as it pertains to mortgage banking. This will include maintaining and enhancing the CMBA Website, improve the usage of technology within the CMBA office and by all the committees and to provide continued educational forums to keep the committee members and the association membership informed of future technology advances in our industry.
